Shipping policy

  • Shipping charges may vary. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order. 
  • All orders require 2-3 business days to process before shipment. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  • Standard shipping: 5-10 business days after your order is placed.
  • All orders within the US are shipped via FEDEX with receipt confirmation and insurance. Orders takes approximately 5-10 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame.  Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.

Shipping Delays

For your convenience, it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. 

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible.

  • If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back, it is typically due to insufficient address information. 
  • Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information.
